We are also increasingly active in the emerging market of seller-financed transactions. Essentially this allows property buyers irrespective of their credit scoring, to purchase property on a no-mortgage basis and with very low deposits (typically about 3%) thereby making the dream of home ownership a reality for a larger section of the potential buyers.

US  Investment Property

Recently, we took our discount property sourcing service a few steps further by expanding into the US property market. Teaming up with our joint venture partners, we now source directly from some US banks, forecelosed (repossessed) properties selling at unbelievable discounts off market value and going as high in some instances as 90%
